New items may be returned within 14 days (or 21 days for International packages) of the order being dispatched, providing that the item is in its original, unused condition with the tags still attached. Our tags have a tamper-proof seal and we will not accept any returns if the tag has been removed at any point.
To begin the returns process, simply contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with your five-digit Order Number and reason for return. We will then send you a Returns form which you will need to print off and complete. Attach the postage address to the front of your original package and return the item to us within 14 days from dispatch. We must receive a paper copy of your Returns form in order to process your refund.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that items are returned using a secure postage option, such as Royal Mail 'Signed for', in order to ensure safe returns. Please note that unfortunately we are not able to reimburse for postage charges incurred during the Returns process. Original postage costs are only refunded if all of the order is returned or on the unlikely circumstance you receive a faulty item.

You can return anything to us, except vintage items! All vintage items are one of a kind and for this reason, are final sale. Detailed measurements of each item are provided in the product description and we encourage you to ask any questions you may have before ordering. We classify our vintage items in one of the following three categories; Excellent, Good or Used. Vintage items in the 'Excellent' category are in perfect condition and show no signs of wear. Vintage items in the 'Good' category show slight signs of wear as a result of light use and items in the 'Used' category may have some minor surface flaws such as small holes or marks.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed upon checkout when this transaction has taken place. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place your original order. This usually takes around 5 working days in the UK, dependent on your bank/card issuer.
In the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide your proof of postage receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items returned to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. If you return the item for a second time, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be considered to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your order without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on the part of Stone Fox that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and as such, will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods in question.
