All of our delivery options are shown below and the required option can be selected at the checkout page. Any promotional delivery codes advertised on the site will be available for selection at checkout.
Orders are processed throughout the week (Monday to Friday) excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders may take up to 3 working days to be processed before dispatch. Please ensure that any access restrictions are stated in the Notes section at the time of placing your order. Our courier will attempt delivery of your order 3 times, after which the package will be returned to us.
Please note we cannot deliver to BFPO area customers (Europe and International) or PO Box addresses. We do not currently deliver to Mexico.
Standard Delivery: £2.50
You should expect to receive your parcel within 3-4 working days of dispatch and will be required to sign upon receipt. You will receive an email from our courier so you can follow the progress of your order.
Next Day Delivery: £5.95
If you select the Next Day Delivery option at checkout, you should expect to receive your parcel the next working day, provided the order is placed before 1pm. If you select Next Day Delivery when ordering before 1pm on Friday you should expect to receive your order on Monday.
Tracked Delivery: £9.95
You should expect to receive your parcel within 3-4 working days of dispatch. Once your item has been shipped, you will recieve an email containing a tracking number with instructions on how to track your order.
International Express Delivery: £14.95
You should expect to receive your parcel within 6-10 working days of dispatch. Once your item has been shipped, you will recieve an email containing a tracking number with instructions on how to track your order.
We regret that we cannot cover any Customs charges or Import duties incurred when shipping your parcel. The applicable charges may be added to your order upon arrival and the recipient must take full responsibility for payment of said charges. For further information regarding Customs charges we suggest you contact your local Customs Office.
Please note: If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons; refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address given at checkout or failure to make arrangements for accepting delivery, you will be liable for the return costs and Customs charges if applicable. These charges will be deducted from the cost of your order.
